Reviewer 1, now you have done it. You have really done it. You used an e in your commentary! E is my favorite letter! How did you know, reviewer 1? How did you know? Yeah, I know, it's kind of mainstream to like e, but I think e, you know, e is always there for you. It's dependable, that's what it is. What's not to like in an e? I mean, just look at it! There are these round bits and the straight bit and it's all tall and strong when capitalized. Come to think of it, it's really symbolic, you know, like male and female all mashed together. Also kind of sexual, don't you think, reviewer 1? You're not hitting on me, reviewer 1, are you? Not that I'm saying you are, but it would be totally okay if you are. It sometimes gets really lonely here in my office. Cold. Especially in the evening, when everybody left me and went home to their families. But it's fine. I'm fine, reviewer 1, I'm not crying or anything.
Sooo.... Yeah, e is a pretty cool letter, right?

A hummingbird tells us that the physical constants of the universe are slowly degrading and may someday shift, invalidating the laws of physics and instantly wiping out the universe as we know it while simultaneously creating an entirely new universe in a single transcendent moment of genocide and genesis.
As for hawks, well…no one knows what hawks mean, or if they are real. Have you ever even seen a hawk? Of course not. No one has.
